DELIVERY & PACKAGING:

Processing & Dispatch Time: 1-3 days

Estimated delivery time: As per Royal mail, please allow up to 10 - 15 days for your item to arrive, before contacting us. (delays in shipping are unfortunately beyond our control)

Shipping: 2-3 working days via Royal Mail 2nd Class postage  (free as standard)

Packaging: up to A4 prints are packaged in a cellophane sleeve in a hard backed envelope. Sizes from A3 will be in postal tubes.

- Prices may be slightly higher due to the quality of materials used to source and produce your products in Britain.

- For fast and safe shipping, we use high standard packaging & courier options at all times

- All our products are delivered via royal mail 2nd class as standard. For urgent orders, you may also request to upgrade/purchase a faster delivery option if you prefer at any time.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & REFUNDS

We work very hard to provide you with the best service possible at all times. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, issues may arise at any time. Please, do not hesitate to contact us if you require our assistance.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 1 hour from placing your order.

Returns

Due to the products being made to order regrettably, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges. However, upon receipt of a damaged item please, do inform us within 3 days of receiving your item. Please note; we won’t be able to accept any returns once 14 days have passed. Buyer pays Return Postage.*

Refunds

Refunds will not be granted unless the item is returned to us.
